How long does an order take?
Most orders are printed and delivered within a few business days, depending on how many items you order and how busy we are. You'll see an estimated delivery window when you check out — Express delivery is also available for faster turnaround.
What material do you print with?
We print primarily in PLA, a durable, eco-friendly plastic filament that's great for both decorative and functional pieces. If a specific product uses a different material, it'll be noted in that product's description.
Can I request custom dimensions or a custom design?
Yes! Use the "Request a Print" page to describe what you're looking for, attach a reference image if you have one, and specify your size (up to 20 x 20 x 20 cm) and color preference. We'll follow up with pricing and timing.
What colors are available?
Check each product page for its available filament colors — we regularly add new ones. Some products also support multi-color prints.
Where do you deliver?
We currently deliver within Jerusalem only.
What payment methods do you accept?
Cash on delivery, and Bit transfer.
Can I cancel my order?
Cash orders can be cancelled anytime before we mark them as accepted, right from your "My Orders" page. Bit orders require contacting us directly, since payment is made upfront.
Is delivery free?
Yes — orders above our free delivery threshold qualify automatically. You'll see this reflected in your cart total.
